1/8 ounce fat free cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup fat free or light whipped cream
Take a large glass bowl and toss in the bananas and lemon juice. Add the remaining fruit in layers. In another mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until it is smooth and then slowly add sugar and lime juice. Stir in a small amount of whipped cream; mix well. Fold in the remaining whipped cream. Spread this mixture over the fruits and chill before serving.

1 large cantaloupe, peeled and seeded
3 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup red seedless halved grapes
3 kiwi fruit, peeled, quartered and sliced
1/2 cup toasted coconut
Cut out 6 rings from the center of the cantaloupe and then place each of these rings on an individual salad plate. Cut up the remaining cantaloupe and place in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the fruits and ingredients. Toss and spoon over the cantaloupe rings. Sprinkle with the coconut. You can chill or serve immediately.

1 red apple, cored and chopped
1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 - 8 ounce container nonfat lemon yogurt
In a large mixing bowl, add all the fruits - red apple, Granny Smith apple, nectarine, celery, dried cranberries, and walnuts. Mix in yogurt. Chill until ready to serve.
